Assumption of Risk and Liability: By employing Volt's services, you unconditionally accept and understand that you assume all inherent risks correlated with NFT lending. Accountability for Loan Maturities: The obligation to monitor and manage loan expiry dates rests solely with you. Volt does not accept responsibility for reminding you of loan maturities or the consequences of any failure to fulfil your obligations under the terms of the loan.
